Asian-American actress/playwright, Anzu Lawson, who plays “Ashley Kim” on NBC’s CHICAGO MED, debuts her first one-woman show called DEAR YOKO (www.DEARYOKO.com)
After 8 years researching & writing an all original 28-song musical called www.dearjohnwhyyokomusical.com , Anzu finally embraces her purpose and voice as an Asian American actress/storyteller navigating through Hollywood: post #MeToo movement... by portraying the most hated and misunderstood Asian female artist in the world, Yoko Ono.
